Design Concept of the Day: Cadillac Ciel

August 19, 2011 § Leave a comment

Unveiled at the Pebble Beach classic car show/concours d’elegance/high-class tyre-kicking extravaganza yesterday, the Ciel (‘sky’) is a four-door, four-seat luxury convertible in the grand-touring Caddy tradition. Plus hybrid technology, to make it a little more feasible in today’s economic/environmental climate. Petrol-drinking power comes from a 3.6-litre direct-injection, twin-turbo V6, which is at least an improvement on the V8s of old. Full story from GM here.
